At Formet, our products are produced to order in limited runs. We do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges beyond the legal rights explained in this policy.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
1. Your 14-Day Cancellation Right
If you purchase a standard Formet product online, you generally have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without having to provide a reason.

After notifying us, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and generally no later than 14 days after telling us that you wish to cancel.
2. Condition of Returned Items
Returned items should be handled only as much as reasonably necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics and functionality.
Items should be returned in a condition that allows us to determine whether any reduction in value has occurred.
You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them.
3. Return Postage
For a change-of-mind cancellation, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to us unless we have agreed otherwise.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping proof of postage until your return has been processed.
4. Refunds
Once you have validly cancelled your order, we will issue your refund without undue delay and in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Where applicable, your refund will include the cost of our standard delivery service. If you selected a more expensive delivery option, we are not required to refund the additional amount above the cost of our standard delivery service.
Where permitted by law, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that they have been sent back.
5. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at:

Your statutory rights concerning faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed goods are not affected by this policy.
Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.

6. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
If you need a different size or product, you may exercise your statutory cancellation right where applicable and place a new order separately.
7. Items That Cannot Be Returned
Our standard Formet products are not excluded from statutory cancellation rights simply because they are produced to order or supplied as part of a pre-order.
Any statutory exceptions to cancellation rights will apply only where they are relevant to the particular product and circumstances.

accept returns or exchanges for change of mind,
incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or
incorrect, you are eligible for a full refund.

Refunds, once approved, will be processed to
your original payment method within 5–7 working
days.
If upon review the garment is found to be in
its original intended condition, no refund will
be issued. As a gesture of appreciation for your
support, we may offer exclusive credit toward
your next order at our discretion.
