All orders ship free within the UK. We also ship across Europe and internationally — shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Every piece in this drop is made to order through our pre-order system. Please allow 2–4 weeks for production before your item is dispatched. Once your order is ready to ship, estimated delivery times are:


  • UK: 2–5 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days

If your order is part of a pre-order, total delivery time will be longer, as production happens before shipping begins.

We’ll always aim to get your order to you on time. However, delays can happen — whether through couriers, customs, or external events.

Once your order leaves our hands, tracking will be provided, and delivery becomes the courier’s responsibility. Still, we’ll support you in resolving any problems should they arise.

Refund

At Formet, each piece is crafted with intent. Because our garments are produced in limited runs, we do not accept returns for change of mind, size, or preference.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you’re eligible for a refund. To request one, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at formetclo.info@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Refunds, once approved, will be processed back to your original payment method.

If we review your request and find the garment is still in its original intended condition, no refund will be issued. However, as a gesture of appreciation for your support, we may offer an exclusive credit toward your next order.

  • What if my package is lost or delayed?

    We’ll provide tracking once shipped. After that, carriers are responsible for transit delays. If your package is lost, reach out and we’ll help where possible.
